The business mentors are members of a networking and referral system known as MetroVoice Information Network. The purposes are to provide a networking forum that synergies skills and talents of its members and to create a network of mentors/life coaches for our youth.
MetroVoice provides a platform where building profitable interactions and exposing businesses is a high priority, and understanding the needs of others is a must. MetroVoice Information Network goals include work-study for our youth, matching products and services to a need, creating and identifying market sources, plus encouraging the utilization of each other’s products and services within the network.
The advising bodies consist of an Executive Board, a Program Advisory Board, and a network of business and community leaders serving as mentors. The Executive Board provides program oversight, management support, and facilitates the financial support.
The program Advisory Board provides guidance in the subject areas such as entrepreneurship, health & wellness, political awareness, and spiritual internalization. The business & community network serves as mentors, and role models, plus financial support through a small yearly tax-deductible donation.

MetroVoice Entrepreneurs Program, Inc.
MetroVoice Youth Engagement Arm
M-YEPI youth component is the primary focus of MetroVoice Youth Entrepreneurs Program, Inc. that is operated and managed by youth with mentor’s support and oversight. M-YEPI’ youth concept is two-fold, First, becoming aware of the environmental opportunities and threats, and second engaging in activities that will create change in their personal life.
Whereas the mentor side of the organization is tasked to arm the youth with information and skills, it is the youth responsibility to identify issues to act on. The youth component consists of a youth board, Youth Advisor board, program committees, and chapters with each chapter having their own officers.
The youth board is responsible for program execution and identifying issues that the organization will address. Program committees will be formed to implement the duties and activities of the organization. The Chapters shall facilitate the coaching of the youth. Each chapter shall elect officers to govern the chapter.
MYEPI seek mentors to spend at least 36 hours to coincide with the youth "Framework for Success" training, plus a tax deductable donations.
M-YEPI MENTOR program objectives focus on identifying opportunities and building relationships between youth, businesses, organizations, governments, and individuals worldwide.
